Sorry, but this isn't going to happen for a LONG period of time
Firstly you are 15 / 16 years old - you can't sign a contract to rent a house or flat til you are 18 years old
Secondly, at 15 you are a minor and can't do anything yourself
thirdly, even if you were all 18 years old, you couldn't financially manage in your own place. I won't quote prices as I have no idea in the world where you are ... but ask an adult the rough costs of rent / bills/ food etc come to each month and you will soon realise that 4 teenagers who work part-time just can't manage
No even 4 kids working part time jobs while in school can't support themselves. You can't sign contracts so can't rent anywhere. Supporting yourself is more expensive than you can even imagine. Food, rent, heat, phone and entertainment is just the start. What will you do for transportation, medical, dental? How would you handle it when one roommate doesn't pay his/her share because they had an emergency or lost a job? Do any of you have a large enough emergency fund on top of first and last month rent and security deposit? How will you handle birth control or child care expenses if you choose not to use birth control assuming you will be expecting to be sexually active as children.
You will not be emancipated until you are able to show maturity and that you are self supporting.
Somehow, I don't think so. All 4 of you are minors. I don't think a minor can rent a hotel room, much less an apartment. But, if your parents or legal guardians do not object, it would make things easier, I suppose.
No. You can't legally sign a contract (rental lease, sign up for electricity/gas/.water, etc.) until you are 18...without a parents signature.
You will have to go to court and ask to be emancipated. If you are approved, yes you may move out. You will have to prove to be responsible to be approved of this.
No, you cannot move out.
no - you have to be 18 to sign a lease anywhere
no one could legally rent to you
No. And nobody would rent to you anyway.
