Doing chores for other folks is the classic way for young teenagers to earn money.
Lawn care, baby-sitting, trash removal, and similar jobs can be obtained by posting flyers on local bulletin boards, and by asking family and friends to hire you and refer you to other folks. Effective flyers often have a row of tear-off tabs showing your name, "lawn mowing and odd jobs", and a phone number.
It's wise to run any responses by your parents if you don't know the people yourself. They can meet the people and verify that everything's A-okay.
Do a completely conscientious job. Think of repeat business as well as that new five bucks in your pocket.

Sell Candy at your school. Buy a box with 33 candy bars at costco (cost $16.99) and sell them for a dollar each which is $33 total. Buy two to three boxes a week and sell everything each week. You need a good amount of friends and people skills to do this. This is what I did when I was your age and I made some good money while going to school.
