No one pays a lot of money for very little effort and knowledge. Why would they? People are paid based on how much money they make their employer. It's simple economics. If you don't want to get any specialized training, and don't want to work less desirable shifts, there no reason anyone would pay you a lot of money becasue they can get someone else to do the same job, just as well, for a lot less.
What about law enforcement? Pretty good paying jobs, and as a woman, you'd be moved ahead of all the other men that are applying.
Certain medical technician fields are booming due to the aging of the general population. Often their training is certificate based and can be short. Caring jobs? Don't pay well (here if Fl anyway), the hours are long, and the work is often miserable.
it depends on the country you live in and courses available to you. in developed countries plumbing is a good choice
