Hi, im just very curious on becoming a hooters girl im 19 and in college and understand some people think its a trashy job so please just keep it mature here. i have a few question

1. Is it hard getting a job there?

2. how are the tips at hooters in san diego?

3. what should i wear to the interview

4. what should i expect working there & interview questions.

5. how much do they typically make a month

thanks!:) and please no negative feedback

Good luck getting respectful answers from this bunch, lol!

You are exactly what Hooters is looking for in terms of age.

This is what I know for sure.

1. Hooters is very selective in their hiring. They have a certain image they are looking for and there are usually many applicants.

2. Tips are excellent.

3. You need to dress professionally for the interview despite the uniform of tank top, orange shorts, thick pantyhose, scrunch socks snd sneakers. Basically you need to wear a fitted blouse, floor sweeping black flare dress pants and a nice tall pair of heels. Hair pulled back, full perfect makeup, nice jewelry and light pefume. This is a time to play up your look with smokey eyes and long acrylic nails. Any advantage is a good thing image wise.

4. Expect a busy atmosphere and a little flirting along with good tips. It is competitive. And those thick pantyhose they make you wear can be annoying!

Thats what I know from past experience

1. No, who do you think employs thousands of attractive women per year. Also, do not become a man.

2. Most likely well.

3. High heels, nothing else. Maybe body paint. (Use owls, they dig owls)

4. Compliments, lots of compliments. All of them neck down.

5. Less than an exotic dancer.

Not a trashy place, they just did a remodel back in '98. This should be an excellent career choice even if you don't go to college. Good Luck!

It's probably no harder than anywhere else but I'm guessing they look for certain "assets". Tips are more than likely going to depend on how flirty you are with the customers and how much you bend over when serving. It is Hooters after all.

To the interview, I'd dress professionally but not like you're going to interview for a bank. Dress nicely but not like a school marm.

Working there, I'd expect to get a fair amount of sexual innuendos disguised as compliments and perhaps a bit of "hands on" pats but other than that it shouldn't be any different than any waitress job.

Generally waitresses don't make a large base salary but make up for it in tips.

If you decide to go for it, good luck!

depends on how "attractive" you are.

In other words.... if ya got **** or nah

short skirt, nude pantyhose, and flats.
