Nothing they are already making more money. Same as the people thinking minimum wage should be 15 if they are making 16 they wouldn't get a raise while other people have wages double so they are just closer to minimum wage.
They haven't said yet. You'll likely get a raise, but not as big a one as people now making minimum wage.
