s there any companies that don't have cliques?

I work for a small company and the whole entire store is one big clique, seriously, one clique.

I had issues with one coworker, and I am getting mobbed by pretty much everyone in the store.

Any suggestions on a company that doesn't have one big clique in it?

Cliques seem to be everywhere. I've traveled to another country and saw it there too, in fact it was much worse in that country. If the group doesn't like you over there you can be pretty sure you'll be fired or your contract won't be renewed. The system is brutal and no one cares, as long as they can gossip about unpopular employees and smile as they get sent away. It's like entertainment for the group.

This isn't unusual. But remember: you have been hired to do a JOB--not to make friends and join a group. When you are new at a job, it takes time to get into the non-working lives of your co-workers--and you can't be expected to join any groups or clubs or cliques immediately. Do your job--and don't worry about the non-working lives of your fellow employees just yet. Eventually, you will make inroads--and that may or may not be helpful to the position you're in--it's best to take this slowly and not try to insert yourself into these cliques too soon.

No Even 5 people companies have cliques. Circles within circles within circles. Find your ring and cope with it.

Dollar tree does not even ask about criminal background unless you are going to be promoted to assistant manager or higher. they dont bother with cashiers because they have such a high turnover rate.
