There is no direct recruitment for the post of Managers in Banks. The Manager post is filled by promoting the g eligible members. Good performance, passing of banking Exam are additional points to get quick promotion.

Branch Manager is a Probationary Officer designation which is given on the basis of years of experience, age and availability of the post at the respected branch of the bank.

1. To become a PO of a "Nationalized Bank" you should appear I.B.P.S for PO or for Specialist Officer post.

2. To become PO of State Bank Of India you have to appear the exam conducted by them in every 6 months.

3. To become PO of any private bank you have to appear the exam conducted by them depending upon the vacancy.

then pass that exam you have appointed as a asst manager and based on your performance you will be a bank manager
