dont agree with a charge can i sue?

Verizon says I owe them a cancelation fee. Apparently a rep. At the store signed me up for a new contract without me agreeing. So far I've called Verizon and they give me false contact numbers and tell me I must pay for their deception...what should I do? :(

No you can't sue. If you have not paid, there is no loss to you and you have no basis.

they'll sue YOU eventually. or not. doesn't matter much. in the meantime they MIGHT report the account as delinquent to the bureaus. you can dispute the report if this happens.

I never received a contract nor said I agreed to anything.

It'll be easier to dispute the charge with your credit card company, assuming you paid with a credit card.

of course you owe the cancelletion fee bet you never

read the contact you signed now did you,

juidge will ask you that question

Sure you can sue. Any idea what it's going to cost you? A lot.
