No.
I had a small package lost recently by USPS.
I filed a claim for the loss since the package was insured.
They denied the claim since their tracking system said the package was delivered to my PO BOX.
I filed an appeal to the denial which was denied.
The package was delivered to my PO BOX 2 months later and the tracking date was updated.
I submitted another claim appeal due to now having a tracking status that showed the new LATE delivery date.
The $100 insurance claim was approved and paid to me.
So, this is recent evidence that USPS does not always deliver on schedule.
NO company has a 100 % on time record, but sometimes delays are caused by events beyond the company's control, such as mechanical breakdowns, illnesses, or severe weather.
Not always on time..It could be a day or two late. Track it on their web site.
I am sure you have the tracking number. http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.htm...
Always? Think about that word for a second, then rethink your question.
