Not only is there no refund, you will be charged for the cost to retrieve the package (if it's even possible). If you shipped internationally, I think you out of luck. If you shipped express for overnight delivery, ditto.
your question is very jumbled up !!! let me try to get this straight - you are the seller ; the buyer did not pay for the item you sent to them ; you already sent the item to the buyer via usps on Sat ; now you want to have the package returned to you from usps.........is that all correct ? if not, you need to write a question with complete sentences and describe in more detail what has happened
