can bank statement be considered as utilty bill?

Bank statement as utility bill

No, it is not. When you are asked for a utility bill, it is proof that you live somewhere--for example, if you are paying the water and electric bills for 115 Main Street, then that supports your claim that you live at that address. But just because you receive your bank statements at 115 Main Street doesn't mean you live there--someone could easily be forwarding that mail to you. For this reason, cell phone bills are usually not acceptable even though landline telephone bills are; the bill has to relate to a certain address.

It depends on what is being verified. Typically a company will ask for a utility bill to verify your address. A bank statement will just show that you paid the bill, not what address the utility is for.

No.

A Utility bill has to be an actual bill. For a utility.

For example gas, electricity, water, etc.

No. but if you are using the statement as a form of ID, check with the company requesting the ID to see if you can substitute it. if it is as a means to prove on time payments, then it does not qualify.

nope.
