Can I trust amazon?

I want to buy a used 3ds from amazon and I want to know if I can trust them.

My friends and I have made several successful purchases from Amazon. Generally you get the item quickly with no hassle. I would select the new condition under the options menu to assure the product is brand new, direct from the factory/company. The great part is you get free standard shipping on orders over a specific amount.

Amazon does sell used items, they have that option on their check out cart and I did buy a book that the only page I really wanted in the book was removed prior to my purchasing it, not a mistake in printing, the prior owner had removed it

Yes, you can trust amazon. Used them years ago.

Amazon doesn't sell used items. They broker used merchandise from other vendors. The stuff that IS listed for sale is usually pretty reliable because if it's not, then Amazon won't allow the vendor to sell through them.

Gee a 100 billion dollar company and you need to know if you can trust them, yes
