I worked there for half a year when I lost my full-time job back in 2008. It's not horrible, but it is a cheaply-run organization. If the store got really hot or cold, a manager would have call someone at the Arkansas HQ to change our thermostat, to keep operating costs down. The people I worked with were nice, but unmotivated. The pay is low, they work you a lot of hours, but not enough for you to be considered full-time and get benefits. There was usually a skeleton crew, not enough to cover the store. I had to answer the phone and transfer the calls to the right dept, but no one was ever there to pick up the phone. Managers were hard to find. If a customer wanted something kept behind lock and key, it was almost impossible to find someone who had a key. Of all the times I went in the stockroom to check for an item the computers said we had, I never once found the item. It wasn't a horrible experience working there, but very frustrating when you couldn't help out a customer because you didn't have the tools or authority to do it
I don't like it cause I was in line for like half an hour. There was only one cash register open and there were like 30 people there.
When I try to get service the just point they don't give me directions.
The store? Not much. Bleaching your eyeballs after you go there. Necessary.
