The United States Postal Service (USPS) bases pricing of mail on a combination of size, weight, shape, destination, item valuation, and class of service selected. Remember the date of delivery is calculated from the date the seller hands the parcel to the carrier, and not from the date the order was placed. For parcels sent from one United States location to another, USPS provides delivery six days a week, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays and Sunday.
So an item ordered on 27 December, shipped on the next business day, Monday, 29 December, and expected to take two business days to reach the destination address, should arrive on 31 December at the earliest, 2 January at the latest.
Use the USPS Calculation page link below to determine the delivery date for mail pieces being sent, and the exact postage for the weight and size parcel you are mailing. Enter the destination, select using a letter or package for mailing, enter the weight, and get the required postage amounts and delivery date.

Monday
That depends on how soon the retailer actually mails it. The "2 Day" timeframe applies from the actual date of mailing and doesn't include Sundays/holidays.
If it's shipped by Monday, you'd pobably get it Wednesday or Thursday.
probably Tuesday or Wed
