I am fifteen and want to start my own business when i am old enough and have the money... Are there any particular qualifications i need to start off with to start a business?

absolutely none (in the conventional sense)

(once knew a millionare and neither he nor his wife could read or write, He made his millions in scrap metal.)

But I would say by far the best "qualification" you could have would be to be able to think outside the box and outside the normal process of gcses, a levels, Degree?, job, then working hard to get a better job

Think it terms of "how can I make money out of this"

The clever bit is deciding what "this" is and how you can make money out of it.

Its being good at these 2 things that makes an entrepreneur

There's no qualifications, you just need the drive and knowledge to get and keep a business going! Good luck in the future tho
