You have the same possibilities as someone with a high school diploma. At most someone will ask did you graduate high school, which you did. They won't ask or care if it was a GED. You can get into college just as if you had a diploma but most universities will want you to go to community college first.
You can attend a community college...and then transfer to a university. Most regionally accredited universities don't accept students with a GED.
