I used to work at walmart several years ago, as my first job.
The ironic thing about walmart is you'll be hard pressed to find more than ten items made in the US.
What's more corporate about Walmart is nearly every store is laid out the same. Mcdonald's near the right set of doors, the deli behind that, groceries towards the right aisles, pet food in the back right of the electronics section, then moving forward there are the clothes. To the left of that, near the bikes, guns and toys you will find "domestics" made in china (kitchenware) or Bangladesh (linens)
