By chance did you leave out the fact that you sent the package back to the seller for a refund? Otherwise your question does not make sense at all.
If you returned an item to the seller, and it shows delivered, for all you know it is in the mailbox or on their porch - or they may not even be home. If this went to a business, they may be closed for the weekend.
I recommend you give it some time. You can open a case, but if you do, it will automatically hurt the seller's record and sellers only receiver 1 "ding" per transaction.... so they can take their time or not even refund you as the damage to their reputation has been done. So hold off on the claim against them as it may backfire on you.
If the item arrived broken and the seller wont refund you, open a case with ebay. If you changed your mind and want to send the item back for a refund, its probably not gonna happen unless you bought from a very nice seller who gives refunds for any reason possible ._.
I don't understand the question. You bought an item, it was delivered and you want your money back? Did it arrive broken? Did you just change your mind?
