We had been cheated for one company: Constitutional State Scrap, Connecticut USA. We transferred USD 12,000/- as advance to this company on 21st Sep '14 for purchase ldpe rolls. Still today we didnt receive our material nor they are returning our advance. Pls. suggest what shd we do. They are in USA and we are in India.

Sorry I found no other documented complaints, perhaps you can hire a local solicitor or investigator to visit them.

Maybe try going to the US embassy in India and make a fraud report. Tell them your problems and they will guide you the steps to justice. Trust me, they know everything to do legally.

Go back to India, do business there. We don't want you here.

Call the police of the city they are in.
