The weather was not to ship. It was sent back to their main hub which is Louisville to be rerouted. Barring bad weather, you'll get it tomorrow.
Sometimes weird things happen with shipping and stuff winds up going to a central hub, first. (I've had stuff come from Florida that went all the way to Ohio before finding me in Kentucky.)
Alternatively, they may have loaded it on the truck and updated your information before it actually left Louisville, and then when the snow hit the truck couldn't get out. Most of Kentucky is under around a foot of snow right now (I've got ten inches myself, but it's drifting higher in places) and with temperatures as low as they are, well, we're not equipped to deal with that--plus the way it was coming down earlier, plowing and salt didn't do any good, anyway (for a while there we were getting 1-2 inches an hour). Seriously, they've declared a state of emergency. Give it until the weekend to update--with temperatures staying so low, it's going to take longer to get the roads clear.
