Hello, i have ordered this classes on 20th of June but after few hours later my wife gave the same glasses as a gift because i told her i was going to buy one. So i cancelled my order and i received email from both amazon & palebluedot saying " your order has been cancelled" But it didnt mention anything about refund and refund time. My credit card had 39.49 (2x of this glasses + shipment to my country) was deducted. Now it's been like 12 hours since that i still havent received my damn money? Are these people and amazon thieves? How should i get my money back or should i report it to authority? Help me

No-one is going to hurry a refund - it isn't their top priority. If they have acknowledged that the order has been cancelled they will process it - but it could easilt take them a couple of weeks to get the payment back to you.

Bear in mind that you are the one who has messed them about by ordering, then changing your mind.

I've dealt with Amazon for years. They don't have anything to do with the transaction. You must consult the vendor who sold it to you.

Oh for God's sake, cool your jets. It takes several business days to process a refund.

That is why I never go into the Amazon. It is filled with snakes and other nasty insects and the women are over 7 feet tall and they carry weapons.

when you have a credit issued back to your credit card it will definitely take a lot longer to process than when you purchased it

if Amazon issued you a credit that was transmitted to your credit card, make sure you keep that notice to compare with your credit card statement when you get it
