Hello. I've bought a phone from ebay. It was working good for 1 month and then its touch screen was not functioning. So i contacted the seller and he told me to ship it back so that he can repair. I sent the phone to him and now he does not respond to my calls or messages or nothing ..... its been more than 2 months now .... i contacted ebay and they said they cannot help me with this issue because i purchased the item 3 months back and the ad details will be wiped from their servers.
