NDA agreement requirement?

I m a student but knowledgeable enough to start my own business my question is that now i wanna make a non disclosure agreement so do i need a lawyer at the time of creation of the agreement or if my employees violate the NDA that time a lawyer is needed

Don't waste your time and money on unimportant things. Your business is going to succeed or fail based on whether you can sell a profitable product or service. Focus on that: making the product and selling it.

Adding an NDA isn't going to help you do that. You don't have enough money to hire a lawyer to sue a former employee if that person does violate the NDA. You'll also find out how hard it is to enforce and NDA, even if you have the money for a lawsuit.

Nothing marks an entrepreneur as a dilettante amateur like insisting on an NDA. You're going to be lucky to find employees and investors who believe in you enough to work with you.

Companies do not succeed or fail based on ideas. They succeed or fail based on a team that can execute. That means getting the product made and getting it sold. Your secrets are worthless. The team that can create and sell the product matters.

Don't waste your time with anything else.

If you are going into the tech field, assuming with the NDAs, or any field it is good to have at least 1 lawyer at all times, at least on retainer, if not in house.

Definitely should consult with a lawyer with the creation of an NDA to make sure it is enforceable. Yes then definitely again if there is a violation of it.

Need and should do are two separate things. Do not need to, but yes it is prudent to do so.

Your idea is essentially worthless until brought to market...don't waste your time with an NDA.

why would your business even need something like that? what's so special about what your business will be doing?
