Most likely a scam.
Remember these 2 rules:
Rule 1) If they asking you to pay them some money first, they are a SCAM.
Rule 2) There are no exceptions to Rule 1.
The email address is usually another give away. A legit lender would own its own domain and not be using a free email service like Yahoo!, Hotmail or Gmail. If the person that you are dealing with is using a free email address, they are a SCAM.

Whther you have a typing error or it's a scam name just made up.
"Destiny King" is a fairly popular forum member name, which seems more appropriate than for a finantial institution.
It's a Nigerian Scam. They have been spamming Yahoo Answers for more than 5 years. They just keep opening new accounts when one gets reported and shut down
