We each ordered items like 3-4 months ago and have not received it. i contacted them but they didn't reply. my friend contacted them and told her because she didn't pay insurance, she won't get any money back. my boyfriend over in europe got the SAME reply. we don't know what to do. when we google sammy dress, we find a lot of people have never received their orders..
How do we resolve this? and by a lot of people, i mean thousands have the same complaints as us.
My friend spent $200. i only spent $20 but still, i paid for it already, it went through. do we sue them or what? seriously, so many people are writing about sueing them..someone has to.
what do we do? :( i don't even want to take it that far, we just want our money back at this point.
There is a lot of negative about them on the internet, and before buying something you should check them out.

I think they flooded some sites with false ratings or paid people to give them good ratings.
Not likely you will see anything back. Maybe in California a person could file a small claims court lawsuit.
Telling the truth is allowed, so give reviews all over the place, and if you paid by credit card or paypal talk to them about cancelling the charge.
There are plenty of mixed reviews, not all negative, but plenty enough complaints to be labeled sketchy. It is a Chinese registered site kind of concealing he fact.
Your biggest safeguard is to pay with credit cards or paypal which have buyer protection, but you have a limited time to get a refund, like 40 days for Paypal.

I got ripped off also. Two out of three sweaters were way too small and cheaply made.

I'd say yes, they are a scam if this many people are complaining.
Sue them? You'd have to find them first.
