It seemed a little un professional that's 3 hours they have to make delivers I mean to me that seems like enough time. I live up north NY no big cities with thousands of people
How can this be illegal? They either can't or don't want to do their job tonight. It's freaking cold, which is probably why you're waiting at home for pizza to come to you in the first place. They probably can't be bothered. Don't give them business in the future if it burns your butt, but they have no legal obligation to be a competent business.
Probably they were busy that they had to make pizzas or deliver pizzas to other people first
Buy frozen pizza and it's cheaper.
They are unprofessional. Lazy. You could complain to their manger or report them to corporate.
So go pick it up.
