Do not use this company or any other assistance program! I got scammed! The pharmaceutical companies I'm getting my meds from said the meds are free and to deal with them direct. They have never done business of any kind with assistance programs. Call your pharmaceutical company.
I was confused when i first signed up with them as it was a lot of information all at once on the first phone call. Turns out i was missing some information when i sent my paperwork back, so i got frustrated immediately. Once someone in the customer service department took the time to explain everything to me i corrected the errors (which i noticed i made because i didnt read carefully) then everything went smooth from there on. I ended up receiving my meds from Pfizer and they made the process simple for me.
I will def. use them next year when i fall in the d-hole.

We did everything we said we were going to do for, which was get you approed to receive your medications through the Patient Assistance Program. You did in fact recieve your medications. Without out assistance you could of easily been denied. We make it very clear that we are a patient advocacy group that does all the paper work and filing to get you approved for theprogram. We never said anything to lie to you nor make you feel like you were being scammed. Some people choose to try and do these programs on their own only to find they get denied because its a very extensive and difficult process. Every medication has a different guideline and we are trained advocates to make sure all your paper work is processed correctly. Just like you pay an accountant to do your taxes you paid for a service to be in the patient assistance program. It is very sad you would say something like this when we did everything we can to help you and in fact you actually approved and received your medications from our assistance,
