But then towards the end of letter, its also written that they are hoping that I at least try my new prime instant video benefits. Then at the end of the letter is says 'P.S you're already entitled to unlimited streaming of more than 15,000 videos. This is more than any other UK subscription service. There is nothing more for you to do except find out app on your device or go onto the website (they listed it). it just makes sense to give it a try.
I'm confused to as is this free or am I being charged? Because I tried to find a unsubscribe link but couldn't. So I am assuming its free?
I went onto the website and used both prime instant video and the amazon instant video and watched the beginning of a few films.
you can call customer care and find out
If you're a prime member, you can access certain content that are prime membership and you won't be charged. However buying or renting content will be charged. I've signed up for amazon prime for a month and I was able to watch some of the movies for free as long its prime content. After the membership, I wasn't able to access the content anymore. The video/movie watching is just a bonus for prime members, Thumbs up for that!
When you have prime some of the instant videos are free, some are not. When you go to the search bar click the arrow by 'ALL DEPARTMENTS' and choose "AMAZON INSTANT VIDEO' (its the top choice). Click enter and then look on the left hand side and check the box that says Prime Eligible. The free videos will show up. You can then either watch it or choose to add it to your 'Watch list"
Its free for the first month and after that they will start charging you.
