Don't over-prepare. I know that sounds wrong but if you try to rehearse answers or anticipate everything they may ask you, you will drive yourself crazy and they may not even ask you what you planned for.
Questions vary but they usually want to know about your experience, work history and your people skills. Some ask about your hobbies and personality. This helps them determine if you are a good match for the job. Smile, be honest and make direct eye contact. Image is very important. It speaks about you before you ever open your mouth so make it count.
Black blazer, white or black blouse, long black flared/wide leg pants that cover your shoes and drag the floor, pantyhose, black 4 inch heels, hair in a tight ponytail, nice jewelry, full makeup and polished nails.

Dress professionally. Do not wear jeans. Don't over do it with make up.
Make sure to smile and answer exactly what they ask you, don't ramble on too much unless the interviewer seems to be easy going.
I would also suggest an up do for your hair.
Be prepared to answer questions like

What are you comfortable doing ? Example, answering phones, checking in clients, etc.
What was your last job? Why did you leave?
