How to politely ask this?

Posted at: 2015-07-28
I ordered a custom made journal online. The listing says it will take 1-2 weeks to be made and shipped. It's been a month. I want to send them an email sort of saying, "So what's up... How's my journal coming along?" You know? But that sounds a bit pushy and mean, so can anyone think of a way to word this without being impolite? Some help on this would be super appreciated. Thanks!

"I'm really looking forward to using my journal. When can I expect to receive it?"

To Whom It May Concern : I'm inquiring as to a Journal I ordered and paid for through your company . Your time line suggests 1-2 weeks for assembly and shipping . We are going on past 4 weeks and I have no journal . Would you mind looking into this matter and expediting my delivery or credit my account .

"I'm growing concerned that the journal I ordered in February may have been lost in shipping. Can you please confirm when it was sent?"

Please advise when custom journal order # xxxx dated yyy is shipped. Have not yet received.

Thank you,

Ms. ABC
