So I'm brittish (im NOT snobby) and well are pounds work like, if each i range cost 1 pound for one and you bought 5 oranges then it would be 5 pounds, so how do dollars work if you bought 5 oranges that each cost 1 dollar then how much would that be all together (and explain it)

If 1 orange costs $1 then 5 oranges would cost $5
