Okay so I bought a piece of Llardo on eBay for ￡29.99 and then my eBay got banned they wouldn't give me the reason why so I'm not so sure. Anyways I asked the seller if she could send me the item still she said No shes not sending it out eBay told her not to. So then I asked her if she could refund me but no response. 1 Day later I see the Item relisted on her eBay so I though maybe I have to make another account and re-buy it so she'll refund me the first time and send out the item. So I did 2days later no response she never marked it as posted or anything and then eBay banned me again. I emailed her asking if I could have my money back but shes not answering back I check her eBay and shes taken all of her items off off sale and shes a registered business seller. I can't open a claim because I'm no longer covered by eBay because my account is banned. And I can't open a dispute on PayPal because I bought it with my Mums card at the time because I couldn't use my Paypal. But it was processed through PayPal. Anyways I have no idea how to get ￡60 back can someone help me? Surely to god she can't get away with this. :(

I think travel master may be correct. If you are under 18 yu could only have got an account by lying about your age, ebay specifically state that you have to be over 18 tpo have an account [in other words, legally an adult]. Using your mothers card may have triggered off warning bells and your account has probably suspended pending them confirming your age.

When payment is made as a PayPal guest, it sends out an email with a reference number. Telephone PayPal with the reference number and ask for a refund.

you been banned probably cause you are either under 18 or you used

your mom card and shes not allowed to refund mopey to ebay users who have been banned

get your mum to contact ebay and straighten it out ... you have been banned probably due to using someone elses card ie: FRAUD

get your mum to tell them she was aware that you were using her card and she was there next to you when she purchased it , with full permission

i really couldn't see any other reason why they would ban you
