Is there any way for me to reinstate my account? Or be able to make a new one that won't get suspended? There's no fees that my family owes eBay or anything thing like that, and I don't even want to buy on eBay I just want an account to sell...how can I make this happen? If I contact eBay will they be harsh about it? What would I even say to them?

Was the family member account (whose ebay account was suspended), the same exact one you tried to use? Or, did you try to link the same credit card they used to your ebay account and your paypal? Don't worry, you can call ebay and they won't be harsh about it, and they WILL try to help you. You can try getting a brand new account, but, know that if you are young ( I assume you are a teenager), and you don't have your own credit card to use with paypal, then you can't get signed up. Even if you only sell and don't buy anything, you would still need a paypal account because that's the main way people pay, and, if you have to refund someone, it would automatically come through your paypal account. I don't know what else it could be but hopefully that helps.
You have to use a different computer and different registration information. If your family do not owe money, why were they suspended? Did they sell fake items or not ship what they were supposed to. Why use your family's Ebay account. Start your own if you are over 18.
Being that it was your mom that got suspended the chances of you being allowed an account is almost 0. When eBay bans someone they ban the IP address and physical address as well.
