BEST BUY says it is beach's problem to correct. BEACH AUDIO will not return phone calls or answer emails.

I love Best Buys store. Like most people, I go there and look at all the cool electronics then go online and purchase it. They're very overpriced and their customer service sucks. I would keep calling and if they still don't answer there's not much you can do. You could try sending a letter but I doubt it would be worth it. I would just stop doing business Best Buy. I have gotten ripped of too many times by them.
Beach Audio of California was the one that ripped you off it seems. For false advertising!

OF COURSE I REALIZE BEACH IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE BUT THE ADD AND BUY IS THROUGH BEST BUY WHICH DOES IMPLICATE THEM TO THE FACT THAT THEY SHOULD CORRECT THEIR ADDVERTISEMENT AS WELL AS STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY ADVERTISE!!!!SO SHOULD THEIR VENDOE BEACH AUDIO!!!!

Talk to best buy. If they say it is the name brand's problem, then contact them. This isn't best buy's fault or their problem. Their online services are much different than the in store experience. If you are so upset about it, return it.
