$10 isnt much. Big stores like Wal-Mart have theft all the time. nothing big to be worried about. you were nott caught anyways, just be sure to pay next time.
they are going to sue you, man. Theft is a crime punished with jail regardless of the amount stolen.
If you didn't get caught then you're good but if you did they'll just get your information and send you a letter in the mail with some sort of fine that you have to pay them...
