The question is why your account was suspended?
If the payment was successful, then you may receive your items.
But if you owe EBay or PayPal, then both may collect funds from you account, if there is enough balance, then you may receive your items, if there is not enough, then No.
Most likely eBay told both sellers that your account has been suspended and not to ship your item. eBay has sent me a message like that a couple of times.
Ebay is not a small company it is a big company. Ebay has suspended your account. So you don't receive the product. ebay not send you your item. Here i give detail info:

If you paid for the items you will receive them if the seller can verify your address. Check your Paypal account to see if payments were made to seller. Possibly the payment wont go through and you wont get the items.
