Also - how much snooping do employers generally do on their employees? I'm fairly certain that my employer uses microphones in all their conference rooms - and I know that they do at least basic Google searches - but what else do they look at? Even with the relatively little they know about me already, I feel that my privacy has been somewhat violated...
I would be more worried about your facebook. That is the first place they look at. So make sure you don't post any dumb comments about work related issues for the whole world to read.
Nothing more embarrassing than calling in sick and announcing that you will do so to attend a concert, etc. the day before on your facebook page.
You can find out by putting your browser in incognito mode and searching yourself.
I think it depends on the company you work for regarding how much spying is done on employees.
Could they do THIS, d'you mean? https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q=Fea...
Nah, I'm sure they can't...
(But the fact you imagine you have any "privacy" is a bit odd! Nobody's had any of that, really, since the 1970's!)
Your privacy at work is nonexistent. If you're using their computers, their Internet, and their time, they have the right to know what you're doing, down to the level of keystroke recording if they feel like it.
