Did I reserve to be written up?

Hey everyone, I am currently working in hell at a retail store where that minority are pure evil and very dramatic. Let's date back to Saturday, April 19, 2014, that specific day when I was almost done for that day, my manager has said: Hey, I want you to stop putting out freight and start recovery the entire store, it's like a 30,000 sq ft store, extremely big, and too much stock that has to be replaced back into the appropriate order and on Easter Sunday she also had said to just recovery the entire store and do not put out freight.

The following next day, I have woken up a little late, called my job six minutes before my scheduled time to clock in, to let them know I will be 15 minutes late, and the assistant manager said okay. Pertaining to Easter Sunday, it was a slow day and the manager wanted me to recover the entire store. So I clocked in, spoke to the assist. manager and she told me what to do, and I replied: the manager, her boss, had already told me what to do. The asst: okay, she already told you what to do then just recover, recover, recover. I recovered the entire store and I suffer from hypertension and gotten a headache after sweeping the entire floor and I told her 30 minutes before closing I will be leaving because of my headache. She said it was fine. Today at work I was called in the office and wrote up because I was late and on yesterday, the manager said she told me you called but you still was late. Could I sue them? Please help. Thanks.

What in the world could you possibly sue for..being accurate? It will cost you $150 - $200 an hour to retain a lawyer for a case you have absolutely no chance of winning. You can be written up for looking at the boss sideways and there would be nothing you could do - in this case you were late and you were written up for being late - technically, you could have been fired.

You can and should be written up for being tardy. Can you sue them? Listen, anyone can sue anyone else for anything. So go ahead. Now, can you win? Not likely. You were late and they wrote you up. Get the chip off your shoulder and quit looking for excuses not to work.

You have to make contact with a health care professional. It is a significant issue. My spouse and i highly recommend using Teledoc. With Teleadoc you are able to chat straight away to US board accredited physicians 24/7. You can use your mobile phone, tablet or any laptop or computer. I'm using this service for more than three years. Take a look at: http://is.gd/teladoc
