I'm only off 49 cents for my amazon purchase and I ran out of gift cards, can I just go and buy a 50 cent one from harris teeter? A kid I taught at school gave me a 23 cent starbucks giftcard so I'm assuming it's possible but I don't want to look stupid if it's not.

Amazon has a minimum and I believe it is $10.00 gift card. Apply that to the purchase and the balance will be held in your account for future purchases. Call them and ask if you can purchase something smaller. A 23 cent card sounds like a gimmick or he gave you a card with that balance on it, no way a company can afford to sell gift cards under $5.00.

Minimum is $1 I believe. Only way she gave you a 23 cent starbucks card was probably because that was the remaining balance on that specific card. Either that or someone transferred that amount to her card to give to you.
