from those two i would say amazon. The thing is that if you buy a disc rather than an upgrade, the process is almost identical. if you try to install it on top of an older office, you only get two options, either upgrade or customize. so, unless you remove the older version, you can only upgrade anyway, regardless of the method.
But anyway, that is probably not the essence of your question. i would go with amazon. they have better quality when it comes to buying or selling software. simply because amazon seems to have more control in place than ebay. on ebay anyone can go and list whatever he/she wants, but in amazon you can only sell what is already in there or you have to enter a valid EAN code which makes it difficult for scammers out there to even list anything. so go for Amazon. or, check these guys down here: and help to keep amazon from becoming a manopoly :))

First I would like to point out that it is better to buy a full version of the MS Office 2013, rather than an upgrade disc. With this, you could do a clean install of the software by uninstalling your previous Office and install the full version of MS Office 2013. All your previous files or documents will not be lost or removed, nor deleted. And the new Office version is also backwards compatible with previous office, so your previous documents will be able to be read by the Office 2013.
So, if your budget is enough to buy the full version, then please consider buying it, rather than getting the upgrade version.
In terms of where to buy, it's better to buy from a site or store that you trust. Where you always buy with no hassle in your part. Or, in order get the most authenticated Office, better buy directly from Microsoft. Microsoft have online stores too. Just search or google Microsoft.com and there, you will know how to buy it from them.
