I'm over 18 and looking to buy something online and get it shipped without my parents knowing (I still live at home). My mother has access to my bank records and I can't be home when packages are usually delivered.

Can I buy something like a Visa giftcard to buy the present and ship it to a UPS store? I tried to look this up before but I was wondering if this way would be feasible; just buy it with a giftcard and pick it up from someplace other than home?

some stores offer site to store where you just have the item shipped to the store and you pick it up when you get there. The visa card would also be an option. I have had things sent to friends houses in the past and I just get it from them.
