If any problem didn't arise, then after 3 business days means friday
Since weekends are not business days, it could be Monday.
Well, normally it will be a Friday. But, if Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (any of them) happens to be a national holiday, that will affect the counting. Just count them if they do not fall on a holiday or weekends. That's it.
